Prior to the formation of the ATL Fund, Mr. Nash was a Managing Director at MidOcean where he oversaw MidOcean's Industrial Services practice from 2005 to 2014.
Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Nash ran Deutsche Bank’s investment banking platform in the Asia Pacific region from 1999 to the end of 2004. He was also a member of a five-person Executive Committee that ran all of the firm’s investment banking businesses globally.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Mr. Nash was head of the Global Transportation and Aerospace Group at Bankers Trust/BT Alex. Brown from May 1986 to February 2000. He was part of the International Department of Bankers Trust from December 1983 to April 1986.
From 1973 to 1983, Mr. Nash worked with the U.S. State Department in Washington and in Singapore negotiating financial, trade and civil aviation agreements on behalf of the U.S. Government.
Mr. Nash serves as Chairman of Sky Aviation Leasing International Limited and Sky Aviation Leasing US LLC for SKY Leasing. Mr. Nash also serves on the Boards of Directors of Pilot Freight Services, Hunter Fan Company and JF Acquisition, LLC. Previously, Mr. Nash served as a member of the Board of Directors of Noranco Inc., a Tier I/II supplier of precision machined aerospace components and assemblies owned by MidOcean.
Mr. Nash serves on the Advisory Council of the Wounded Warriors Project and on the College Cabinet of the College of Arts and Science at Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Nash has a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MA from American University.
Paul Teske is a Managing Director of ATL Partners.
Prior to the formation of the ATL Fund, Mr. Teske was a Vice President at MidOcean focusing on investments in the Industrials sector.
Prior to joining MidOcean in 2008, Mr. Teske was a member of the Industrials & Transportation group at Deutsche Bank Securities.
Mr. Teske serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Sky Aviation Leasing International Limited and Sky Aviation Leasing US LLC for SKY Leasing, a new aircraft leasing platform focused on young mid-life narrow-body and wide-body commercial aircraft. Mr. Teske previously served as a Board Observer of Noranco, Inc., a Tier I/II supplier of precision machined aerospace components and assemblies owned by MidOcean.
Mr. Teske also serves on the Board of Directors of Futures and Options, a non-profit organization focused on empowering New York City’s underserved youth to explore careers through career development, mentorship and paid internships.
Mr. Teske received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, double majoring in Economics and Political Science.
Andrew Blay joined ATL Partners as an Associate in 2016. Previously, Mr. Blay was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Basic Materials Group, where he focused on advisory and transaction execution for clients in the packaging industry. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Blay worked as an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Logistics groups.
Mr. Blay graduated cum laude from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where he received a B.S. in Science, Technology & International Affairs.
Winnie Chou joined ATL Partners as an Associate in 2015. Previously, Ms. Chou was a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Noranco, a Tier I/II supplier of aerospace components and assemblies. Prior to joining Noranco, Ms. Chou was a senior analyst at PSP Investments, a Canadian federal pension fund located in Montreal, where she focused on consumer and aerospace investments as a member of the Private Equity Group’s direct investment team. Before joining PSP, Ms. Chou was a senior associate at Loewen & Partners, a boutique investment banking firm in Toronto.
While in Toronto, Ms. Chou was an active member of the Canadian Women in Private Equity (CWPE) and Women in Capital Markets (WCM) associations. She was a member of the CWPE executive team and part of the re-launch of the women-focused networking association. As one of the WCM subcommittee heads, Ms. Chou organized events to bring awareness to various career paths and promote opportunities for women in the capital markets.
Ms. Chou received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada.
Andrew Lewis joined ATL Partners as an Associate in 2014. Previously, Mr. Lewis was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Energy Group, where he focused on advisory and transaction execution for clients in the oil & gas industry.
Mr. Lewis chairs the Partnerships & Marketing Committee of the Young Executives Board of Row New York, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of New York City's under-resourced teens through the discipline of rowing combined with a rigorous academic support and college preparation program.
Mr. Lewis graduated with honors from Princeton University, where he received an A.B. in Economics with a Certificate in Applications of Computing. He currently serves as Alumni Treasurer of the Princeton University Class of 2012.
Kevin Henneck joined ATL Partners as an Associate in 2017. Previously, Mr. Henneck was an investment banking analyst at Citi in the Industrials Group, where he focused on advisory and transaction execution for clients in the metals & mining industry. Prior to joining Citi's investment banking team, Mr. Henneck traded structured and distressed credit for Citi's capital markets team.
Mr. Henneck graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University, where he received a B.S.E. in Chemical & Biological Engineering.
