Frank V. Nash
Founder and Managing Member

Frank V. Nash is the CEO of the ATL Fund.  Prior to the formation of the ATL Fund, Mr. Nash was a Managing Director at MidOcean where he oversaw MidOcean's Industrial Services practice from 2005 to 2014. 

Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Nash ran Deutsche Bank’s investment banking platform in the Asia Pacific region from 1999 to the end of 2004.  He was also a member of a five-person Executive Committee that ran all of the firm’s investment banking businesses globally. 

Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Mr. Nash was head of the Global Transportation and Aerospace Group at Bankers Trust/BT Alex. Brown from May 1986 to February 2000.  He was part of the International Department of Bankers Trust from December 1983 to April 1986. 

From 1973 to 1983, Mr. Nash worked with the U.S. State Department in Washington and in Singapore negotiating financial, trade and civil aviation agreements on behalf of the U.S. Government. 

Mr. Nash serves as Chairman of Sky Aviation Leasing US LLC, Sky Aviation Leasing US GP LLC, and Rock-It Cargo, and on the Board of Directors of Pilot Air Freight Holdings LLC.  Mr. Nash also serves on the Boards of Directors of JF Acquisition, LLC.  Previously, Mr. Nash served as a member of the Board of Directors of Hunter Fan Company and Noranco Inc., a Tier I/II supplier of precision machined aerospace components and assemblies owned by MidOcean. 

Mr. Nash serves on the College Cabinet of the College of Arts and Science at Vanderbilt University and the Board of Trustees of the King School in Stamford, CT. 

Mr. Nash has a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MA from American University.

Paul Teske
Co-Founder and Partner

Paul Teske is Co-Founder and Partner of ATL Partners. Prior to the formation of the ATL Fund, Mr. Teske was a Vice President at MidOcean focusing on investments in the Industrials sector.

Prior to joining MidOcean in 2008, Mr. Teske was a member of the Industrials & Transportation group at Deutsche Bank Securities.

Mr. Teske serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Sky Aviation Leasing US LLC, Sky Aviation Leasing US GP LLC, Pilot Air Freight Holdings LLC, Rock-It Cargo, and Valence Surface Technologies. Mr. Teske previously served as a Board Observer of Noranco, Inc., a Tier I/II supplier of precision machined aerospace components and assemblies owned by MidOcean.

Mr. Teske also serves on the Board of Directors of Futures and Options, a non-profit organization focused on empowering New York City’s underserved youth to explore careers through career development, mentorship and paid internships.

Mr. Teske received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, double majoring in Economics and Political Science

Sanjay Arora
Partner

Mr. Arora is a Managing Director of ATL Partners. Prior to joining ATL, Mr. Arora worked at Terrapin Partners, LLC, where he focused on the firm’s principal investment activities. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Arora served as the CEO of Terrapin 3 Acquisition Corporation, a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation listed on the NASDAQ, which merged into Yatra Online Inc., one of India’s largest online travel agencies, in December 2016. Mr. Arora is currently on the board of directors of Yatra Online Inc. (NASDAQ: YTRA).

In addition, from 2012 to 2017, Mr. Arora was the portfolio manager of the Terrapin Income and Credit Opportunities Fund, which specialized in making direct loans to small businesses. During the period, Mr. Arora was also a senior member of the team which worked on Aldabra 2 Acquisition Corp.’s acquisition of the Boise Cascade paper and packaging assets for over $1.6 billion, resulting in a new publicly-listed company that was the third largest paper company in North America.

Prior to joining Terrapin, Mr. Arora was a managing director at Deutsche Bank AG in Hong Kong, where he ran the firm’s equity-linked origination business for Asia-Pacific from 2003 to 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Arora held a variety of positions in leveraged finance, derivatives, and equity capital markets at Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank from 1989.

Mr. Arora received an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a BSc in economics from The London School of Economics.

Kirby Fine
Principal

Kirby Fine joined ATL Partners as a Vice President in 2017. Previously, Mr. Fine was a Vice President at Two Sigma Investments, where he was a member of the Private Investments division and focused on private equity investments across the industrials, financial services, technology and business services sectors.

Prior to joining Two Sigma in 2014, Mr. Fine was an Associate at The Carlyle Group where he focused on investments in the financial services and business services sectors. Before joining Carlyle in 2011, Mr. Fine was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Fine previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Decisely, a provider of HR and employee benefits administration owned by Two Sigma.

Mr. Fine graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University, where he received a BA in Economics.

Michael Kramer
Vice President

Michael Kramer joined ATL Partners as a Vice President in 2019. Mr. Kramer was previously a Vice President at Safanad Inc., where he was a member of the private equity team and focused on investments in the industrial and education sectors.

Prior to joining Safanad in 2015, Mr. Kramer was an Associate at KRG Capital where he focused on investments in various sectors including marketing services, industrials, and business services.  Before joining KRG Capital in 2013, Mr. Kramer was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard Middle Market.

Mr. Kramer previously served as a director of ELA Inc., a leading provider of early childhood education, which was owned by Safanad.

Mr. Kramer graduated from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.

Andrew Blay
Senior Associate

Andrew Blay joined ATL Partners as an Associate in 2016. Previously, Mr. Blay was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Basic Materials Group, where he focused on advisory and transaction execution for clients in the packaging industry. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Blay worked as an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Logistics groups.

Mr. Blay graduated cum laude from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where he received a B.S. in Science, Technology & International Affairs.

Allie Donini
Associate

Allie Donini joined ATL Partners as an Associate in 2019. Previously, Ms. Donini was an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs in the Industrials Group, where she focused on advisory and transaction execution for clients across broader Industrials, including the Aerospace & Defense and Transportation & Logistics sectors. Prior to the Industrials Group, Ms. Donini worked as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the M&A Group.

Ms. Donini graduated from the University of Virginia, where she received a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Public Policy.

Eli Exum
Associate

Eli Exum joined ATL Partners as an associate in 2019. Previously, Mr. Exum was a private equity associate at Lindsay Goldberg, where he worked across a variety of sectors including industrials and government services. Prior to joining Lindsay Goldberg in 2017, Mr. Exum was an investment banking analyst at Barclays in the Consumer Retail Group.

Mr. Exum graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University, where he received a BA in Economics.

Morgan Wang
Associate

Morgan Wang joined ATL Partners as an Associate in 2019. Previously, Mr. Wang was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on advisory and transaction execution for clients in the FinTech, Wealth and Asset Management industries. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Wang worked as an investment banking analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Technology Group.

Mr. Wang graduated from Duke University, where he received a B.S. in Economics.
