ATL Partners Announces Four Promotions and Names New Partner
NEW YORK, January 21, 2021 – ATL Partners (ATL), a premier sector-focused private equity firm investing in aerospace, transportation and logistics, today announced it has promoted four individuals across the firm. Kirby Fine has been promoted to Partner, Michael Kramer has been promoted to Principal, Andrew Blay has been promoted to Vice President, and Lauren DiBartolomeo has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer.

Kirby Fine joined ATL in 2017 from Two Sigma and was previously with Carlyle and Bank of America. He graduated with honors Vanderbilt where he received a BA in Economics.
Mike Kramer joined ATL in 2019 from Safanad and was previously with KRG and Lazard. He graduated from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree.
Andrew Blay joined ATL in 2016 from Morgan Stanley and was previously with RBC. He graduated cum laude from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where he received a BS in Science, Technology & International Affairs.
Lauren DiBartolomeo joined ATL in 2015 from Pinecrest Partners. She graduated from Fairfield University where she received a BA and double-majored in Italian Studies and Art History, and received a minor in Political Science.
